With roots reaching back over a decade, TotalFloral first established itself in the South Florida nursery industry, serving the mass market with quality foliage.

After a long and tough recovery from the devastation wreaked by Hurricane Andrew in 1992, the company began exploring new opportunities. In 1995 the company began offering a diverse line of products including bouquets, arrangements, and blooming plants targeted toward mass market floral retailers.

Soon, the elements of a unique business model began to gel and the revolutionary structure, which was to become TotalFloral, began to take place. In 1998, Weis Markets, a 165 - unit grocer headquartered in central Pennsylvania, gave TotalFloral the opportunity to lead, direct, and grow their floral business. At Weis Markets, TotalFloral demonstrated the viability of the program with rapid gains in floral sales and profits for the client. During this time, these activities developed into a fully - crystallized business model with far-reaching applications.

Today, after years of refinement, the TotalFloral model has proven itself in the marketplace. Premier retailers and distributors are recognizing that TotalFloral provides an organization and structure by which they may grow their floral business in a very resource-efficient, manner and ultimately achieve floral excellence.

Chris Buss
President

In 1989 Chris made a radical career change, going from an engineering position in corporate America to that of an entrepreneur. In founding TotalFloral, a professional service firm, Chris like most innovators, is always looking for a new approach to solving problems.
Chris says "My job is to Educate, Motivate, Facilitate, and Coordinate. I want to surround myself with talented people and energize them to solve our clients problems. If I can do that, I will feel a great sense of pride and will be very confident about the future success of TotalFloral."


Rick Weinert
Director, Business Development

With over 20 years experience in the retail floral and retail specialty produce industry, Rick's experience and professionalism are well-known and respected. As a networking specialist and problem solver, Rick's role within TotalFloral is to share our value proposition with prospective clients. Rick's penchant for customer service and follow-through ensures that new clients transition to TotalFloral smoothly and that each client knows how to effectively leverage the resources of TotalFloral.

Alison Buss
Director, Internal Operations

Alison is our rock of stability and efficiency. With a background in corporate finance and accounting, Alison and her troop of accounting personnel ensure TotalFloral's transactions with clients and suppliers are processed correctly and efficiently. Alison's attention to detail, both in the office and in support of our field personnel, is much appreciated. It is very comforting to know a person with Alison's capabilities is taking care of the daily operational details of running a busy office.

Lauren Griffin
