Sweetbay
Welcome Sweetbay Supermarkets as TotalFloral’s newest client!

In 1996 the Delhaize Group, one of the world’s largest retailing concerns, acquired the Kash n’ Karry supermarket banner. At the time, Kash n’ Karry had 134 stores operating the west coast of Florida. Soon the well-known operating expertise of Delhaize began to take hold. Infused with new capital and new management, a new attitude quickly followed. In January of 2004, the group announced the creation and roll-out of a completely new format called Sweetbay Supermarkets.

The new brand will focus on strong perimeter departments and ethnic offerings. Fresh departments merchandised in the signature, upscale yet affordable, Delhaize style make Sweetbay a sure winner in the marketplace. By the end of 2007, the entire chain will have been transformed into the Sweetbay banner / format and will reflect the new concept and positioning within the competitive Florida marketplace.

In June 2006, Sweetbay announced that it had selected TotalFloral to manage and direct its floral program. As a company, TotalFloral is excited and honored to become part of such a ground - breaking, cutting - edge format. The opportunity to leverage our floral expertise in a new format that is focused on freshness is unparalleled in the industry. Stay tuned for developments as TotalFloral builds the Sweetbay Floral Team!
