TotalFloral's revolutionary application of Client Based Teams allow us to meet the needs of all of our business partners.
Each TotalFloral Client is supported by a team of dedicated floral professionals committed to the success of the client's floral program. Each Team is located inside of, or in close proximity to the client's location. This close contact fosters collaboration between the client and Team Members to understand program goals and initiatives. It is TotalFloral's unique ability to integrate our personnel and services with client operations that enable us to provide the custom solutions required to achieve floral excellence.
Each Client Based Team is tailored to the specific requirements of each client. The size of each team and the services provided by the Team are solely dependant upon the goals and objectives of the floral program. Team size may range from a single Associate to several dozen. Some of the services our clients and principles have found to be of use are as follows:
Business Development and Management:
Our Corporate Business Development Managers ( CBDM's ) develop and manage relationships with the client and our other Associates to grow the floral category. CBDM's are responsible for the overall execution of the floral initiatives important to the client. Activities include: program management, product development, sales plan creation, promotional planning, and budget management. Typically, a TotalFloral CBDM would be accountable to the client's Floral Director, VP of Perishables, or Division Manager depending on the client's in-house structure.
In-Store Sales and Merchandising Support:
Floral Business Counselors work hard to create a dynamic in-store floral team at each retail outlet. By educating and motivating in-store personnel, Counselors improve the execution of client initiatives. Counselors also ensure the proper product mix is maintained, effectively merchandised, and rotated to drive repeat business and increase sales.
Each Client Based Team is fully supported by a Team of floral professionals coordinated by our South Florida Resource Center.
